Kate focuses on WordPress – a highly extendable open source content management system that is quickly allowing more and more business owners take full ownership of their websites. Kate can help you build a WordPress site from scratch or convert an existing website to WordPress, as well as customize any of the hundreds of themes available. When it’s up and running, Kate shows you how to add, update and edit your own content and extend your site to its full potential with plug-ins, interactive features and more.
With a Master Degree in Health Communication from Emerson College in collaboration with Tufts University, Kate brings a health promotion perspective to wellness-based businesses, helping entrepreneurs identify their target audience and craft a web strategy that attracts the right customers to the site. Her business isn’t only limited to health, however. Recent clients include businesses large and small, for-profit and non-profit, looking to improve their web presence through a fresh design and social marketing utilization.
Kate graduated from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, MA with a Bachelor’s degree in English and Philosophy. Kate lives in Belmont, MA with her husband, Evan, and dog, Nietzsche.
